Then, I found this Search Cap for October, 2010 extremely enlightening. I thoroughly enjoyed the clips on Marcus Gladwell and Jeff Bezos of Amazon.com. Marcus looked nothing like I thought he would and not only authored a book titled "Blink" but actually invoked me to "blink" when I first saw him -- I thought he was black! I really enjoyed his talk and how he ended his clip with the words "the mind knows not what the tongue wants". And, as I explore my witty invention in the coming days and weeks I will remember the words "search for variability" as marketing tool for a product I hope will be a success.
